Southside

Dating back to at least 1916 and the cocktail book, "Recipes for Mixed Drinks" by Hugo Ensslin, the Southside cocktail is like a classic gin sour with the addition of fresh mint. Simple and refreshing, it requires no tweaking to make it a standout non-alcoholic cocktail. We're not going to let that stop us from adding a few dashes of our Orange bitters, though, because everything is #betterwithbitters.

You'll find that some Southside cocktail recipes call for lemon juice while others specify lime. In our non-alcoholic version, we've chosen lemon, but feel free to play around with either citrus (or a combination of both!).
