Bold and spicy, our AROMATIC bitters are loaded with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Deep, earthy flavors are lifted by ginger and a backbone of bitter gentian. A great choice for classics like an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.

Our classic ORANGE bitters add citrus and spice to any cocktail. Crafted with three varieties of orange peel along with cardamom, coriander, and lemon balm for a profile that's as much warm and herbal as it is zesty.

Inspired by the recipe of 19th-century apothecary Antoine Peychaud, our NEW ORLEANS bitters bring bright flavors of anise and tart cherry together with hibiscus and rosehips to liven up any drink. 

Each of our bitters are made with organic, functional botanicals and may support digestion + liver health as much as your taste buds.

Aromatic Bitters: Whiskey, scotch, rum, brandy, tequila, ginger ale, light beer, IPAs, porters and stouts, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic red wine, plain sparkling water, apple juice, black tea (hot or iced), coffee, chai lattes, cold nights, campfires, upset stomachs, and hungover mornings.

New Orleans Bitters: Rye whiskey, rum, brandy, tonic water, pilsners or other light lagers, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic red wine, orange juice, Rooibos tea, hibiscus tea, iced coffee, black cherry sparkling water, Mardi Gras beads, bad decisions, and especially after an overindulgent meal.

Orange Bitters: Gin, vodka, whiskey, wheat beers, chocolate porters, green tea, black iced tea, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic white wine, grapefruit juice, sparkling water with a squeeze of lemon, warm days, BBQs, and mowing the lawn.

Shake well and add 2-3 dropperfuls to flavor any cocktail, sparkling water, tonic, beer, tea, coffee, etc. Give a brief stir to incorporate. Natural sediment may occur.

When interpreting cocktail recipes, use 1 dropperful (to the 1 mL line) per "dash" called for.

Tasting bitter flavor directly is what wakes up our digestive system, so for best digestive results, take 1-2 dropperfuls directly on the tongue shortly before or after meals, up to 6 times daily.

Mixing 3-5 dropperfuls into a glass of sparkling water is an effective and refreshing way to enjoy the wellness benefits of our bitters, and works best when sipped throughout the day.

I love the flavors and they subtly add a pop to whatever I’m drinking. In the Aromatics there were little dark specks when I put it in my drink. Is that sediment?
I love the taste of cloves in it.

Hi Theresa, thanks for the review! We're so glad that you're loving the bitters. And yes, they do sometimes have a bit of sediment. We make everything with real ingredients and grind things like allspice, black pepper, fennel seed, milk thistle seed, etc. I'd recommend giving the bottle a little shake before using it to mix it all up.
