Playfully Sophisticated

0.0% ABV | 4oz (118 mL) bottle

The same award-winning formula as our classic New Orleans bitters, but aged for an additional two months with new American oak chips and vanilla beans.

Notes of tart cherry, anise, and hibiscus combine with the influence of oak for a rounded, integrated flavor profile accented by vanilla and coconut.

This is the ultimate cheat code for non-alcoholic red wine. Add 2-3 dashes to a glass for a rich, oaky flavor and complementary tart fruit and spice notes. Try this in a Sazerac or mix it with soda for a refreshing and complex botanical seltzer.

Our Barrel Aged New Orleans bitters work exceptionally well in cocktails that hail from its namesake, like the Sazerac, Vieux Carré, or Seelbach.

Try it with rye whiskey, rum, brandy, pilsners or other light lagers, sparkling wine, orange juice, Rooibos tea, hibiscus tea, iced coffee, black cherry sparkling water, Mardi Gras beads, bad decisions, good decisions, and especially after an overindulgent meal.

Shake well and add 2-3 dropperfuls to flavor any cocktail, sparkling water, tonic, beer, tea, coffee, etc. Give a brief stir to incorporate. Natural sediment may occur.

When interpreting cocktail recipes, use 1 dropperful (to the 1 mL line) per "dash" called for.

Tasting bitter flavor directly is what wakes up our digestive system, so for best digestive results, take 1-2 dropperfuls directly on the tongue shortly before or after meals, up to 6 times daily.

Mixing 3-5 dropperfuls into a glass of sparkling water is an effective and refreshing way to enjoy the wellness benefits of our bitters, and works best when sipped throughout the day.
