RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
Because the products we carry are consumable, our return policy depends on the situation:
Unopened Items
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened Items
Opened products are not eligible for return. Taste is personal, and while we wish we could guarantee every product will suit every palate, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us within 14 days of delivery if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect. Include a photo and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
