Forget the sugary soda versions—this is how a non-alcoholic Paloma should taste. A blend of Almave Blanco and Free Spirits Tequila brings the earthy, vegetal flavor of agave without the alcohol, perfectly balanced with fresh grapefruit and lime juice. Agave nectar adds gentle sweetness, while our Orange Cardamom bitters pull everything together with citrus depth and spice. Topped with sparkling water, it’s bright, refreshing, and every bit as satisfying as the real thing—a mocktail with real complexity.
This recipe was perfected using Almave Blanco and Free Spirits Tequila, but feel free to use your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic spirits instead.

Recipe Note
BITTERS
IN NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAILS
Cocktail bitters provide depth and balance, rounding out sweet and sour flavors
while adding bite. Since All The Bitter is completely 0% ABV (unlike
traditional bitters, which are around 45% alcohol), you can use as much as you
like to dial in flavor and complexity without affecting the ABV of your drink.
ABOUT
NON-ALCOHOLIC TEQUILA
Non-alcoholic tequilas like Almave Blanco and Free Spirits Tequila
deliver authentic agave flavor—grassy, herbal, and just a little smoky—without
the booze. Perfect for making a non-alcoholic Paloma mocktail that feels
grown-up and refreshing.
WHY
SPARKLING WATER INSTEAD OF SODA
Traditional Palomas often use grapefruit soda, which can overwhelm the balance
with sugar. Using sparkling water keeps this version light, tart, and true to
form—with agave nectar adding just enough gentle sweetness to round the drink
out.
