Aromatic Bitters: Whiskey, scotch, rum, brandy, tequila, ginger ale, light beer, IPAs, porters and stouts, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic red wine, plain sparkling water, apple juice, black tea (hot or iced), coffee, chai lattes, cold nights, campfires, upset stomachs, and hungover mornings.
New Orleans Bitters: Rye whiskey, rum, brandy, tonic water, pilsners or other light lagers, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic red wine, orange juice, Rooibos tea, hibiscus tea, iced coffee, black cherry sparkling water, Mardi Gras beads, bad decisions, and especially after an overindulgent meal.
Orange Bitters: Gin, vodka, whiskey, wheat beers, chocolate porters, green tea, black iced tea, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic white wine, grapefruit juice, sparkling water with a squeeze of lemon, warm days, BBQs, and mowing the lawn.
Shake well and add 2-3 full droppers to flavor any cocktail, sparkling water, tonic, beer, tea, coffee, etc. Give a brief stir to incorporate. Natural sediment may occur.
When interpreting cocktail recipes, use 1 full dropper (to the 1 mL line) per "dash" called for.
